[GBC-Business] postcard mailing budget report, and Proposal

Hi people,
Between the two Boston regions and the MetroSouth region, there are 1340 GRPers. At 0.50 cents each for postage and paper, etcetera, that's $670.
Adcom approved spending $150 per region on Thursday night. With three regions being mailed to here, $450 will be available, leaving $220 to be covered by the chapter. 

Online Proposal: GBC contributes $220 toward these mailing costs.
