Brian will send *survey* to chapter co-chairs
Tabling at Convention - planning for it - *Joshua will make volunteer sign-up form* to hand out, and for handout packet. Name, Contact, Ways they want to get involved, localities, working committees. (Legibility of paper forms, QR codes instead, to Convention, bring laptop or tablet for going to G-R.org/volunteer)

re: Workshop - 50 minutes - MDVC authorizes Brian C & Ariel Brooks to propose convention workshop? 
Bring registration forms to convention for packets.

inventory - hats 10 black 1 white, T-shirts 24, good # buttons bumper stickers, 600 brochures w/ confusing instructions. sticker to correct//cover. Correct treasurer address.

Expanding MDVC - *Brian* will approach local chapters for active member liaisons. 
MMA - Mass Municipal Assoc. *Elie* will correlate 2018 data, list 2019 openings.
